MBA 2.0 is the result of years of expertise, innovation, and collaboration within the field of Auditory Brain Stimulation. The system combines the power of the Mozart Brain Activator with the precision and digital capabilities of the MBL APP System, forming one integrated, future-oriented therapeutic instrument.

The foundation of the system lies in the work of Jozef Vervoort, who developed the concept of the Mozart Brain Activator as an advanced successor to the electronic ear of Prof. Tomatis.

 

The system was further developed by Astrid Vervoort, daughter of Jozef Vervoort, and builds on the heritage, vision, and quality that have characterized MBL for decades.
The result is a complete, professional, and future-proof system that offers therapists maximum control, reliability, and therapeutic depth.

At the same time, the playback system evolved. For proper stimulation of all brain regions, sound quality is crucial. That is why MBL works exclusively with a 24-bit and 48 kHz format. Compressed formats such as MP3 are unsuitable because quality loss negatively affects the therapeutic effect. Over the years, formats including Revox tapes, cassettes, DATS, and later 24-bit CDs on Alesis equipment were used. When their production was discontinued, the need arose for a new, sustainable alternative.

 

That alternative became MBA 2.0, bringing these two worlds together in one integrated system. It unites the powerful brain stimulation of the Mozart Brain Activator with the flexibility, storage capacity, and digital precision of the MBL APP System.
