Important notice about changes

Dear guests,

2026 will be a year of change.

A year in which we will take therapy to an even higher level.

To do this, we need your help!

Our house rules are often not respected.

Unfortunately, we have recently noticed a lot of abuse, vandalism, non-payment, malpractice, undesirable and sometimes even antisocial behavior.

This has a negative impact on daily operations and therapy, and incurs unnecessary costs.

We therefore feel compelled to implement a number of changes and to draw up basic rules in a contract that must be signed.

The biggest changes involve:

-       You can only make reservations online starting in January 2026 (you can still reach us by phone for questions). 

• From then on, you can book your own preferred therapy room and group! This allows you to check in without any worries and start your therapy in peace.

• Accommodation will be charged immediately before you can finalize your booking.

• When booking therapy only, a flat rate of 50 euros per day will be charged before you can complete the booking (this amount will be deducted from the final bill at the center).

  
  

- Therapy costs are paid on the second day of your stay. 

- Starting in January 2026, we will be working with a block system, with fixed arrival days:

o INDIVIDUAL THERAPY ROOMS (= child and one accompanying person in one room)

• Arrival is only possible on Mondays (therapy can then start on Monday itself OR on Tuesday morning). 

• Departure only on Sundays. 

• Duration of therapy = 6, 7, or 14 days.

o CHILDREN'S CENTER/ADULT CENTER (= for guests who do not need an accompanying person and who can listen quietly in a group)

• Arrival possible on Monday (departure possible on Thursday or Sunday). Therapy can then start on Monday itself OR on Tuesday morning.

• Arrival possible on Thursday (departure on Sunday)

- To book a Brain Mapping, listening test, or airport transfer, please contact reception (by email or phone).

- Group changes are not possible due to high occupancy rates. This is to ensure that everyone has their own unique program.
